guys why can I not get my pictures to load anywhere on this site / every picture I try loading comes back exceed limit of allowable ? I give up:fbash

Open pics with MS Office picture manager, then "edit pictures" on top toolbar, and then "compress" on the right hand toolbar. Select "documents" and BOB's your uncle!
