To all who have ABU Revo reels - you will need to check if your reel needs a kick lever upgrade. The original kick lever on Revos was made of a softer alloy that wears away after two or three seasons hard fishing with the result that the reel will not go back into gear ... Not good!
The new kick levers have a stainless steel insert solving this problem. The part number for the new kick lever is 1156749. Order from the SA ABU Agents or Mike's Reel Repair - Fishing Reel Parts & Service

Apparently, the only way to really be sure if your particular Revo has the kick lever with the stainless steel insert is to physically open up the reel and check it out yourself!
You may want to service your Revo and grease the carbonfibre drag washers with Cals' Reel and Drag Grease (the stock three ABU carbonfibre drag washers - size9x25x0.5mm - in the drag stack are not greased). While you are about it, replace the small washer under the gear stack which is not carbonfibre with a carbonfibre washer (size: 8x20x0.85mm) from SMOoOTH DRAG *** Can Stop Anything *** (they also have a full set of replacement carbonfibre (Carbontex) drag washers for the Revo (all models) and all makes of reel) ...

Revos are nice reels (just a pity ABU decided to cut costs on the kick lever and the small non-carbonfibre washer under the drag stack!) and doing the upgrade will ensure that you have years of trouble free fishing! I did the upgrade to my Revo!
