Many people have personal assistants, au pairs or personal bankers and as time goes by our lives get busier and busier. Retail therapy is a wonderful way to revive the body and soul in a relaxing environment where one can also catch up with friends and fellow anglers whilst topping up on some gear at a Basil Manning store. However there are times when you just don’t have the time to do this and this is where the Personal Shopper service may be just what you were looking for.
You can contact your personal shopper in a number of ways, either by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, via Skype at basil.manning1, via the phone on 0766 766 521, BBM at PIN 29CF227A, WhatsApp or Facebook.
Your Personal Shopper will get your basket of items together and once you have paid for the goods, get it delivered to your door within 24 to 48 hours (weekdays only) at very reasonable delivery fees, for example R40 in the greater Durban area or R65 in Gauteng. Eastern Cape, Western Cape, Free State charges will be based on weight and dimensions of parcel.
Your Personal Shopper will obtain the best advice for you with regard to product choices if required, as well as source products elsewhere that may not be regular stock items.

BASIL’S REWARDS PROGRAMME
Each purchase will be recorded against your unique “BM” number. At the end of a quarter (December, March, June and September), we will calculate your spend over the three months and award you with a credit to redeem against future purchases. The credit will be calculated as a percentage of your purchases. The more you spend, the higher the percentage.
“Basils Rewards” are valid for three months and may be redeemed against a purchase at either the Durban or Umhlanga store, or alternatively via the on-line store (http://www.basilmanning.co.za) or using the personal shopper service (E-Mail: email@example.com).
This programme covers all items purchased including items such as bait and reels which are traditionally excluded from normal discount incentives. Further to this, any items on special or clearance will also count towards your total purchases. If a special deal or discount deviating from the floor price has been arranged with you for a particular invoice, it will automatically be excluded from the award calculations. No administration fees will erode on your points earned.
