  5. Concerning pics of captured fish - we pride ourselves in promoting Catch and Release, therefore:

      • b>all Angling regulations must be adhered to
    • no pictures of dead or gaffed fish will be eligible for prizes.
    • no pictures of any protected species will be accepted.
  7. Photos from the submissions will be chosen by the Sealine Team/Admin as finalists.
  8. The Winner/Runner up will also be chosen by them on a voting system.
  9. In the event of a tie, the my decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. No photo shopped or altered pictures allowed.
  11. Images should be submitted in 600pixels maximum dimension.
  12. Your Image should have a "Title" and a brief description.
  13. Only 2 submission per member.
  14. Submissions close 31 MAY 2013 
  15. Winners will be announced the following Friday.

 water was really cold and not so much as a nibble in 4 hours of fishing. that's when one starts trying tricks. I ended up cleaning my cooler, found a 4 week old piece of occy leg and decided to throw it in rather than donate it to the seagulls. after 2 minutes i was rewarded with this. was caught on a dropping tide just before 11am using daiwa gw40, loomis 14ft using medium tip, 0.45 suffix synergy mainline (no leader) and a +- 30 metre cast.

Landed this raggie at Paradice beach J-Bay. It was one of those throws I thought I will never get a pull on. I casted into an overwind so the poor mullet dropped about 30m in, just behind the first braker, so the sinker got stuck and I couldn`t get it loose so I left it there. It wasn`t 10 minutes and I saw my line went slack...

Reel-Torium 30

Rod- personally revamped old rod (dont even know what blank it is:fbash)

Line-0.5mm Kingfisher GA, 1mm leader

Bait- Live mullet

 Awesome morning

My Pb raggie of 188kg or 215Pcl of Boggomsbaai. Rod used was a Assasin Toray Heavy and reel a Fin-Nor 30 with .55 kingfisher. What made the morning special was that I shared the moment with my father. I have lots of fishing buddies, but nothing comes close to sharing moments like these with my old man!!!
