It is definitely not allowed in S.A.

I know that in some parts of america it is allowed.

I always get the spearfishing is like shooting cows in a paddock.

Well start holding your breath, when you leave the farmhouse, walk to the paddock, get to within 2 meters from the cow, shoot it and land it, still holding your then walk back to the farmhouse and then put some predators around for good measure:fbash

SCUBA Spearing is illegal. Every spearo I know absolutely frown upon it...
