Use any fish like grunter, steenie, hake, cob but recipe originally used tinned tuna

400g fresh fish
100g butter
2 Onions cut into rings
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Large packet of cheese and onion chips crushed
tin of cream of mushroom soup (heinz is nice) washed out with a little milk
grated cheese for topping

Do like so:

Cut fresh fish into strips or blocks 2cm x 2cm
butter casserole dish and layer with half of fish

in a pan
fry onion rings in butter for a couple of mins till soft
add worcester sauce and mix
add crushed chips and mix
remove from heat

layer fish with chip and onion mix then top with soup and grated cheese.

Bake at 180 c for 30 mins covered with foil then remove foil for ten mins further
