Take any fillets that you want to fry, dip them in beaten egg with salt and pepper, throw them in a plastic bag full of Rice Crispies and give it a good shake to coat the fillets, and fry in shallow hot oil......I make the fillets fairly small, a bit bigger than the size of a match box as it makes them easier to handle. Dont put too many fillets in the bag at once or you will have a mess...I do two or three at a time. Bite size....magic. Garlic butter sauce is a must for me...enjoy:wfish
