:::SHi almal
Rob congrats with your catfish between the caos thats n nice fish en dan Dirk, mooi man jy kan as jy wil hou so aan.

Skuimkop that is a awesome bait!Just a few questions what hook is that looks really big and how do you get the hook in that skin of the head,won't it tear out easily?I have a made a baiting needle out of a bicycle spoke but it is not really finnesse I don;t think it will do such fine work on the head.

It is not threw the skin but threw the head bone. It is difficult to describe it in words but if I go fish this festive season I'll take time to make a proper presentation for you guys. Maybe even a Youtube clip but I'll see.

One thing is for sure, we fished as hard as we posibly could. The baits was perfect as you can see in skuimkop`s fotos. WE placed the baits in the spots we thought best and the end tackle was spotless, non the less, if you name is not engraved on that fish`s head, you won`t get it out, and then sometimes you are a bit through the sleep and don`t ensure you drag is set corectly... lol.

@cheetah, cant wait, need to get some big fish for those articles.We must see if we can`t do that session at Vanderkloof, just mabe the rumers are true hey?! Will do a long session this weekend and extensively test everything you guys gave me from hooks and sinkers to that ``poop`` bait. I just wonder how I will get them in those little tubes without passing out on the spot...lol.

@ katvisbaber, I learned a lot from you guys this weekend and can`t wait for the next social with you guys. I will order some fish for us as well this time..haha
