Proposal for a topic:

Basic fishing tackle for a startup fisherman - the type of kit that would match up with 80% of fishing requirements.

Show and tell / budget and estimated costs ??

Artlure - A nice rod, reel , basic mono and a couple of old trusted lures.

Carp - same thing, papgooi, mealies and maybe a little on the boilies and tigernuts.

R & S - same thing - Rod, Daiwa, some mono and a baisc tackle box with contents.

From this we can see if we can show an estimated cost of basic equipment that might get potentials keen on the sport.

Maybe a club representative can tell us what clubs are doing to encourage as well as coach newbies.

Will someone get Hennie Papenfuss to join us please ??
