Flytying: Tigerfish flies

This year's trip to the upper Zambezi are booked and paid already, just need a bit of advice wrt fly patterns.

I understand that as a result of the lower rainfall this year compared to last year, the baitfish numbers will also be less.  This means hungry tigers which will predate on one another.  Other than the copper clouser, are there any other patterns or colour combinations you might know off which imitate baby tigers?


Also, does anyone know where to get hold of Malcolm Meintjies' book "Tigers of the Zambezi"?

You can tie colours like green over white or tan over white very sparsely for more natural looking baitfish patterns!
