Not sure if anybody offers formal training in Gp but you can have a decent dive in Bass Lake or Miracle waters (no spearing) but they good places to stretch your lungs and refine your skills. Viz is about 10m on a good day.

Google them, you will find directions etc.

I did a course with Fernando in Durban last year and it certainly helped with my bottom time! He is very passionate about freediving!
