Hi all,

Can anyone tell me where the wreck is in Milnerton. Is it closer to the Sunset beach side or closer to the Minerton light house side. Either way its a bit of trap, just want to shorten the distance.

Shot

Lee

Hi Lee

I would park at the light house parking and then walk  left to the wreck. It is quite a walk so pack light. Not sure about sunset beach.

Thanks Gents,

I went down to sunset beach yesterday and parked at the closest parking to the golf course side. Went for a trap down about 200m towards the light house side. Im sure i saw the wreck, it has what i can see 2 boilers of some sort sticking out the water. But didnt walk far enough down to confirm.

I looks like its about half way between the light house and sunset beach so its much of a muchness. Either way as you guys say its far, thanks for getting back to me.

Cheers, Lee

We went out from the lagoon mouth the other day looking for a wreak in that vicinity. Did not find it on the fish finder and now that I got a GPS I want to go look again.

Some pretty nice galjoen to be had and perhaps a steenie if you're lucky. That's all I ever saw coming out there.
