Please note that the registration as well as the weigh-in will take place at the same venue aka Engen One Stop N2 (False bay). This is the Engen Garage that you get while travelling on the N2 towards the Strand. We will be in the parking lot, just look out for the SSEC:WC banner.

Please note that the program and rules may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

Rules : 
Competitors have to be present at weigh-in to qualify for prizes
Only Cob counts for competition
All fishing laws and regulations apply
Competitors must be in possession of valid fishing and bait permits 
Two rods allowed per angler 
This is strictly a rock and surf angling competition. Therefore no boats, kayaks or motorised methods (such as Dingle Hopper or similar) allowed. 
Competitors may register on behalf of other competitors that cannot meet registration times. They have to however, attend the weigh-in to qualify for prizes.
Weigh-in 16h30. No catches/score cards will be accepted after cut-off time.

Please take note of the Club’s Members meeting on Tuesday, 15 March 2011 in preparation of the Club’s Open Cob competition on 26 March 2011 at Muizenberg to Gordons Bay. The Club will also hold it's regular monthly competition at the same time.

Date: Tuesday 15 March 2011
Time: 18H00 for 19H00
Venue: The Hunt & Polo Club, Durbanville

All members are urged to attend, please.

Kindly note that if all goes as planned we will again hold some casting exercises from 18:00 prior to the meeting.
 
All new and prospective members are also most welcome.
 
Die klub se fasiliteite is in die middel van die resiesbaan in Durbanville. Ingang is in Race Course Road en baie duidelik gemerk. As jy by die baan se terrein indraai, draai onmiddellik regs en volg maar net die pad. Dis die lae geboutjies amper in die middel van die kompleks. Belangrik, dis nie die groot dubbelverdieping klubhuisgeboue onder links van die hoofingang nie.
Daar is ‘n kontantkroeg en die pryse is billik.
 
Die voorgestelde Agenda vir die vergadering is op die SSEC:WC se amptelike Announcements thread geplaas.

Indien u enige verdere Agenda items wil byvoeg, pm my asseblief.
