Thats exactly it, i dont want to make dates i would like suggestions so everybody has a say in the matter exp  dates/venues ext...

Its still early and a lot of the guys are still on leave next week this time we would have had a crap load of replys and suggestions....lol

BTW we should set a date that gives us enough time to plan especially if we are going to do a big venue like Doorndraai....

Great idee kaboem. Ek dink ons moet eerder n venue nader aan JHB/pretoria kry wat genoeg ouens kan accomodate waar mense redelik naby aan mekaar kamp om n lekker gesellige event te he. Miskien Donaldson dam dit kan 20 plus akkomadeer. En dit hoef nie vir te lank te wees nie. Selfs net n naweek of drie dae.

DD het 23 swims, en jy kan maklik 2 mense per swim allocate. So daar behoort meer as genoeg plek te wees.

Dan boek ons sommer die hele dam vir 'n vrydag,sat en sondag

Guys what about the weekend of the 18-19-20 March as the monday 21 is a vacation day as well and then we can have a nice braai sunday and leave later in the afternoon knowing we dont have to work the monday. Just an idea!!

Sal self nie daar kan wees nie, bietjie VER vir my om te travel. Maar ek dink KUSAF is reg, maak dit die keer n plek naby Jhb... die DD social is nou al n paar keer gedoen, so dis seker tyd om bietjie by n ander venue te fish.
Donaldson is maar die beste allrounder lyk my... Solank iemand net mooi met Laurence praat daar en seker maak die swims wat julle vir daai naweek book, word nie aan sy chommies gegee nie...!!

Ek is easy vir Donaldson, maar soos MC se Lowrence is nie baie reliable nie.... daar is 23 swims 2 manne op n swim? Ek sal hom n lui gee sodra ons weet  almal is happy met die datums en sodra ons weet wie almal gaan.
