Yes it is legal and has been used with great success, for both edibles and ineds.

Cob dont leave a live mullet alone, if it can get to it before any of the toothed guys.

Thanks Oom Simen!! Only prob is how do you catch the harder? I heard its elegal to use a throw net?What is the best to use for Bronzies?I thought of a small spotty but  likes mos to take you into the rocks?

There are places that you can catch harder with a small hook and keep it in a livewell.

For Bronzies, we dont actually bother with live bait, lesser shankshark is a deadly bait.
