Some awesome catches there guys but in all fairness Dean, some thing went wrong when you measured this fish, hear is a pic of a 25kg fish

I'm not trying to get into a fight with you dude, you did not start fishing yesterday, neither did i, that fish looks 6kgs to me, have a look at the pic again and give me your honest opinion, never mind what ORI says I want YOUR opinion. I'm not saying you cheated nor am i saying you measured wrong, just have a look at the pic again.

you gave me nice competition string bean... SHOT bud! measurement is like that with plenty fish guys..sometimes you win and sometimes you lose! thats the way it is! nice catches guys

I was trying to be polite by not saying you measured wrong or even worse trying bluff a win here with Jared on your heels! Am i full of Sh.. as you say because i'm the only guy hear that has the balls to question something that is clearly wrong? i have spoken to a number of sealiners in the last few days since you posted the pic and every one of them brought it up! until then i had not even noticed it and then i had to spend some time thinking weather i was in the mood for this ensuing argument! Come on man! this is a free country and if members post catches and i see they are clearly making a mistake, should  i keep quiet? You are a accomplished angler and should know better, all you are doing hear is making me loose all the respect for you as angler that i had. i'm done with this thread and this argument!!

@ Admin, Please delete my comments if you feel that what i have said hear is incorrect or a personal attack on Dean.

@ Jarred, PM me your Address and what reel you need Carbontex for? Well done! GOOD SHOW!

i landed this fish for dean. in my opinion the pic taken was very bad and does not do justice to the fish.

i have measured alot of fish and my honest opinion....without taking measurments etc in to consideration....i would estimate it to about 40-50kg.

i know you laughing...but trust me bhai...this honey was not small. you would only belive me if you saw it for yourself.

I agree with you a picture doesnt always tell the truth

LIke when you hold the fish further from your body it looks bigger

Probably a bad camera angle...

Must say that the BF does look a little small but I attributed that to the fact that it was next to Dean who is 6'10'' :)

Jokes guys ... but in all seriousness add the relative height of a person into a picture and it changes everything. I know I am 6'6'' and probably the wrong side of 125kgs at present all my fish look like guppies!!!

Reckon we should include our own stats ito height and jock size in the pics!

hi frans, when i asked phill is he remembered you,  he immediately remembered how tall you were, and when you now what he looks like you have to be pretty DAMN TALL! no wonder you drive a landy, only thing you can fit in? i'm pushing 96kg but my growth is mostly sideways!lol my wife has been threatening me with lettuce for quite some time now, so i better get back into the gym sooner then later...
