Nice pic of the trace there Enigma, when snelling the second hook with the thicker steel i also found the shrink sleeves to hold the snell on the hook nicely

How did the woven rings work? I see Owner make a 450kg solid ring, was thinking about putting two of those together (increase the width so the tension is spread over a larger area)
