I got bored as I don't go fishing recently due to work.
So I tried to break a 250g Black Hole jigging rod with my hand, but I couldn't. 8@ I admint I broke many brand new or new custom rods by doing it, but I failed this time. :)

The new rods/blanks made of new carbon materials could evolutionize rod/blank concepts in the future.

We are going to see those super strong jigging/popping rods from next year.  However, I forsee the markets of those rods/blanks are not limited to jigging and popping.

If I could only catch some fish big enough to break my current rods, I would gladly order 2 - I thinks I'll organise a trip to Madagascar or something. They look great!

I hear excellent GT fishing in Madagascar from several different sources.

Let me know how your trip to Madagascar develops.

copy that; send me a couple to give to my friends kids to try, they will have that snazzy rod in pieces in a matter of seconds!

You guys must be much stronger than guys in the US. :)
Even a football player couldn't break the rod.:)
The snazzy rod has a 100 lbs dead lifting power. You'll see those super strong rods with new carbon material in South Africa soon and you'll have a chance to let your kids to try. :)

You don't need a rod with lifting power of 100 lbs, but it is an advantage having stronger rods.

I am in Panama to test those rods along with Japanese Yamaga rods and I am very happy for the performance of those rods.

Ksong,

Those do look like good rods; i am sure they will never break fishing, but kids have a way of breaking anything!

Do you have some photos of the spinning jigging rod models?
