Hi

does anyone know how to get the weight of a barbel with its measurements... i know it will only be a rough estimate, but would still be better than a guestimation... i know there's an equation for bass, any one know if there's one for barbel?

thanks

You take a scale, weigh it then measure its length, then the equation is as follows:

Weight X Length/Length = Weight...:)

Die baber wat ek gevang het was te lank vir my arms, maar ek kon darem wys hoe groot sy oe was deur my hande bymekaar te hou en my vingers oop te maak.

You calculate as follows:

Length of the whiskers x Diameter of mouth, then divide by length and multiply by 3.173
