AnglerX, sorry to disappoint you. I would love to make the trip but imagine this -
I must chose between this or a trip to Marienthal to fish a tournament against Namibia and then will be hosted by the Windhoek Kingfisher club at Henties for 5 days, looking for a big pull.
As much as I love the forum the chance for actual fishing vs a social (given I don't (can't) drink), you guys will have to make do without me and if all goes well I'll be able to post a great report with many pics to boot.
Either way, enjoy and may you set a record that won't be broken for many a year.

Given a chance to sit around a small dam with a lot of great guys and TALK about fishing or sit next to the ocean in Nam and actually fish, I know everyone on this site will choose the latter. Enjoy and hope you get more that your share of big pulls!!
I still wan you to attend a social you will love it, the beer and braai is second to the geat talk and ideas that get swopped and you have a wealth of knowledge not only about fishing but about the technical specs of manufacturers and their equipment, we will definately benefit from that and it will be nice to meet the rest of he guys in person.
