I enjoy catching elf but unfortunately cannot always eat the fish on the same day as is commonly known elf is best eaten fresh on the day.

I am wanting to build a smoker which can hold at least four elf. Any ideas would be most welcome.

make yourself a stainless steel box with a door and a grid that you can remove. throw the wood chips on the bottom pannel and make fire underneath it.

or take a weber if you have one, also works.
