Barbel Artlure Presentation/workshop anyone interested?

Hi all,

I have been considering doing a barbel lure fishing workshop for Sealiners.

Firstly I need to know how much interest there would be in such a presentation?

Basically what I plan to do is just work through various techniques and methods used for catching barbel especially seein that it is now winter and it give angler opportunity to practise for when Summer comes around.

I am hoping to do this in conjunction with one of my local tackleshops so that we can build a solid relationship with a reputable tackle dealer that can get us those special goodies required for our whiskered friends.

So come people - I need some idea from you people what you want out of a workshop in terms of information etc.

Ryan,

What a great idea! I've heard bass anglers curse when a barbel has stripped their reels of gut, but in 20 yrs (or more - it's my birthday today) of bassing, I've yet to land a barbel on artificials! I would be overjoyed if a barbel would strip my line off, even if it's braid!!

Saw your cool video, and it somma made me 'lus' for a Bonzo (as we call them).

Let me know when you plan to hold your clinics. Come on, you udda guys - this is a cool idea! Let's see some support.

Thanks BB. See you're in Centurion. I'm in Hatfield. When you go bassing again, gimme a heads-up. We could use some company around the water.
