Thanks to all who were there.

Was a really difficult league, but i personally really enjoyed the challenge.

Managed to finally get one of the few Raggies swimming around, not a monster, but they all count hey.

This little female was 138cm.

Caught at Tank Bay the last day.

First day we fished the Hamburg area. From the offset we knew it would be a difficult league with only 5 Raggies landed on the first day and many guys ending with nothing for the day, including myself. Water was discoulered and a little up, but the water temp had dropped too much from the day before. The biggest Raggie came out of about 102kgs.

Second day we fished the Begha area were we had an up sea and had a bit of colour still, but managed to scratch a lot of young fish out with most people putting a few fish on their score cards including myslef lol.

Third and last day was at Mpekweni and Fish river Point (Split area) with still a slighly up sea but good colour. A few fish were landed with a nice fe cob caught as well. A few Blue rays surfaced and a few Raggies came out. All in all a great trip, well worth it and well done to all

Hi All

I agree it was a tough league but a great test of stamina, patience and determination.... is that not what fishing is all about???

Hey Dynamite... it's so weird I fished next to you on day 2 ( In the afternoon throwing big baits) and we fished Tank Bay the whole of  day 3 and I didn't realise you were a sealine member. I was the one that owed you a sandy and you owed me the cob....

Dynamite got that Raggie with 15 minutes to lines up on the final day... well done.

I also got some fish...

I had a great time.

Cheers

Wes

Hey Kobie

Well fished my brother. Both you and your brother have a very bright fishing future ahead. You really deserved that last Diamond on the last day.

Hope to see you at the casting clinic bud

I hear that Inland Sharks only sent 2 people to the last casting trails...

Thats quite sad, because as far as i can see there are a few really quality anglers in the Inland Sharks team.

My personal opinion is that next years Central Gauteng team is going to be really strong and will challenge a few inland teams :clap12
