The best and easiest sauce for crayfish in the world!!!

Don't let this easy recipe fool you- it's lekka!!!!

 

2 Tablespoons Mayonaise

2 Tablespoons Mrs. Balls Chutney

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

Mix well

And that's it! Boil the crayfish and put a slight coating of the sauce over the flesh. Let it cool down and serve on a bed of fresh lettuce with a bit of salt and pepper on top. Serve as a starter and be ready to be asked for seconds!

and add a tablespoon of tomato sause

with a dash of Tabasco

 

You can also replace the crayfish with chicken. cos after all these sauces you cannot taste any crayfish. In fact, try Nandos - they do a very good grilled chicken! ::rofl:
