I must say there are some stunning photo's this month. If the fellows can fish as good as the photos then come on catch and release as otherwise there will be no fish left. LOL

Bird Sanctuary, the moment the sun was obout to break over the Hottentots Holland Mountains, the tranquility was enough to calm me for 2 weeks. (at last I post it under the right thread)

Hiya

Poly, yes, its Canada.

Thats a AMAZING shot you got there!! Whats even more amazing is that you TOOK that photo BEFORE you threw your plug out!! Unfortunately, i don't have THAT sort of self-control........:wfish:wfish

This was a moment that I will never forget. We were all alone on the Nam coast, just the 2 of us and Simen was struggling with a shark for nearly 2 hrs. Unfortunately, it was one of those very hot days :SSS and I had to rub him in with sun block, give him fluids and support, take photos etc.

But he landed the shark never the less....

What a great image Sarah!!!

I'm sorry I couldn't help playing with it, because the whole scene created such an ideal of "Man vs Fish" so similar to what I always saw in books and magazines when I was a kid, I had to "age" it a little.... Sorry Simen, I didn't age you, just the pic!!!!
Only thing thats missing is a Great old Scarborough!
