In this day and age that would be considered cruelty to animals and illegal, and if someone complained, well you could end up in chookie.

It is illegal to possess ammunition of any calibre which you are not licenced for.
It is illegal to be in possession of any device that fires ammunition of any calibre if said device is not licenced.
You may be sentenced to up to 15 years in jail if you are caught.
So, no more bang sticks/powerheads.

Sheesh have a heart..and not the safest thing to have a loaded gun on a kayak..LOL and be shooting it off..legalities im not sure, from a conservation aspect its a horrific suggestion..
