Hi guys, I'm new to fishing so please excuse a stupid question. I caught a few very small fish this morning at Strand this morning. I think they were baby stumpnose. Is one allowed to keep these to use for bait?

Any type of fish undersized are not allowed to be kept..but since you have one you might as well use it..just be careful in the future of undersized fish law inforcement are full of nonsense.
