Hi there everyone. I’m going to Kenton for December holidays, an we’ve brought our boat down. And we plan to go deep sea for reds, geelbek, etc. We’ve gone before and there are so many scattered reefs off Kenton that you don’t need marks. We’ve caught poensies, dagaraad, kob, rock cod and geelbek. Does any body know any good geelbek marks or know a good depth for them. We normally fish at around 32 m of water which is where we catch our fish but, we haven’t caught geelbek in years and would like to know of any marks possibly up to 50m where anyone has had success. Thx in advance.![]()

Wrong time of year for them...they are very deep, or its about timing..when they come in shallow this time of year which they do..then you will get them on the same reefs as everything else..When they are deep there is so much expanse of bottom and they get so spread out so finding them is impossible.
