Hi Guys
I have been fishing of a jetski for about 10years.But my sone is growing up and i have decided to go the boat way.
I recently bought a Gamefish 510 but the prevuis owner removed the baterys, the deck wash pump, and the live well pump for his new boat.
Needles to say i want to replace theese items.I phoned natal powerboats which i believe is the agents for the gamefish. And thay recomended a 3batery sistym 2x44m or it could have been H couldnt hear the line was soft for the two 70df 4stroke suzuki motors and a 105m or H for the deck wash live well fishfinders ext.
The prevuis owner had a two batery sistym is a three batery sistym realy needed.

For the live well pump thay recomended a 500 i presume its 5L per minute not sure.

What would the guys in the know recomend what baterys.what live well pump and what deck wash pump.

Thanks in advance

The pump you are referring to is a 500gph (gallon per hour)The accesories battery is a 105 ah(amp hour) battery

The info given by NPB is adequate... Just be sure to use normal automotive batteries for the two Suzukis but a deep cycle battery for your accessories.

You can also consider using a VSR (voltage sensitive relay) for charging the house battery (the 105Ah accessory battery) from one of the motors' alternator. This way, the house battery will be recharged only when your motor battery is fully charged.

You need 3 batteries if you don’t want your gps / fish finder to restart every time you crank outboard . 105Ah is a absolute overkill . That battery weighs 23kg if not mistaken .
Also you don’t want batteries that can leak acid .
This is my setup and I am electronic guy .
My two Suzuki 60 4 stroke have each of 70Ah Royal calcium sealed battery. House battery is fully sealed gel 12v 18Ah Forbatt cheap battery .
Relay charges that small battery from 70Ah starboard battery .
House battery powers three devices. VHF Radio , GPS/ Fisfinder ( 1KW ) and another standalone Fish finder ( 600W ) .
Port 70Ah battery powers lights and pump .
600GPH pump draws app 2.5 A
1Kw ducer and fish finder 9 inch draws 1.5A
600W fish finder draws 1.1A
Radio when not transmitting 0.4A , when transmitting 2.5 A
Fact is , you running outboards I would say at least 50% of a day . So there is no way that any of batteries will be drained within 3 or 4 hours while you are on the anchor . Only if you do overnight trips - then maybe house battery should get to 40Ah . If you have a force feed water pipe , you can turn pump off while riding boat.
