Morning

Yes old model for multiplier - trigger winch short butt.

Can be used with a grinder but the guides not ideal for braid.

On recommendation from various members on Sealine I changed to Fuji K series guides on my old model Exage 100 S and immediately got 30m furher spinning.

It is also said that your braid will last longer using braid friendly guides - so lets see.

Thanks mate, cause I have 2 x 110H old type and am thinking of switching to braid on my SL 30's.Currently only braid on my grinders.

Morning

Go for it, I use 80 lbs braid on my SL30 paired with old model 110H and no problems with the standard guides.

I think the rodbuilders can better advise on braid friendly guides - seems it is more for spinning.

Thanks Eugene. Will surely do so.I have need to get some steenbras this weekend. I have 50lb braid. It's the Fins Windtamer. Stated thickness is that of 10 lb mono. Do you think it is going to work on SL 30 and 110H old models?
