Hi guys. I am new to fishing on the west coast. I do very well strandfontien side but I live in Burgundy Estate now, and I am very eager to Target galjeon in Blouberg side. Can anyone please help me with some advise where to catch galjoen between blouberg and melkbos and what bait to use with what conditions please. Thanks so much guys

Howsit Bordvol - I have a similar situation, moved here to Blouberg 2 months ago. Ray Hall's guide to the spots is excellent. I have only got one gallie at Bontkop so far and lost a really good size one. But I believe kreeftebaai has been delivering very well recently.The number of fishing rods here at any given time confirms this!

A few years back when i lived that side i used to catch a lot of kob on dropshot from my kayak in Melkbos
