So I spent the day at Gnu valley in mulders drift, the place is great with two dams that are easily accessible from the bank, fishing was a bit tough at first due to the thick grass in both dams, but the top dam is slightly better, I threw everything I had in the box and eventually found that these fish want small baits, I managed 15 small bass ranging from 15-30cm on 2 inch paddle tails and 5 cm jerk baits, still fun even though no giants were caught or seen, does anyone else have any knowledge on this venue regarding the size of fish and baits that work best?
