gents
i will be on holiday for a week in early April this year and want to find out if anyone recently fished off the beaches around Muscat?
what did you catch? and where? what lures/baits used?
where did you get the fishing licence?

also i am looking for a good charter experience fishing the deep for tuna, dorado and sailfish - would appreciate recommendations
thanks

Was in Muscat for tuna about 2 yrs ago.... dont even bother with fishing from the side...
Lots of tuna offshore but its a bit of a ride and hit and miss... good YFT and longtail to be had but its not cheap.
I know Nick Bowles from Ocean Active or Hesh from Knot Big Enuf both based in Dubai can help or point you in the right direction. They do quite a few trips up that way.
