Hi guys had the chance of feeling the new saltiga ha. Multiplier reel, feels sold and looks awesome, my question to the reel experts is how does this new ha50 compared to the old saltiga 50hk,when one looks at the price of the new Saltiga’s it’s retailing around R8500, is it justifiable spending the extra on the new Saltiga’s as compared to the old ones

I own the latest Saltiga and its worth ever penny spent. If you shop around you could get it for around about R7000. They are both quality reels but the new Saltiga reels are lighter, smoother and I prefer the handle compared to the older model. Casting is on another level.
