At our fishing spot there is a marker ball in the water. It is attached via a rope to a metal pole apparently, It is to our left, but bigger fish tend to swim around it and its not fair to us, and to the safety of the fish. I got permission to take it out, but the question now is how?

n ketting en trekker klink of dit kan werk, maar wie weet wat is aan die onderkant, dalk n duiker met n handsaag ?

Glo is die paal net so meter bo die grondvlak. Wat ek agtergekom het is dat my lyn altyd aan die tou vassit. Ek voel so want as die vis om die paal sou swem dan sou die bal nie beweeg het nie. Dalk moet ek net die tou losmaak van die bal en aan n klip vasmaak en laat sink? Of klink dit nie reg nie?

LOL....without reading your comment on tractor...it was the first thing that came to my mind, saw it done before with tractor and dozer.

Ekskuus, ek het nooit die mail gekry wat wys hier was nog posts nie. die bal word uitgehaal, die tou gaan op die bodem van die dam dan le. Ek dink dit is baie beter as wat dit nou is. Al wat dan bly wat n probleem kan wees is die paal, maar hy is glo net so .5 meter of so uit die bodem uit.

Laasjaar met die droogte was die watervlak baie laag. Normaalweg is dit 7 meter diep by die bal, Takke het begin uitsteek maar nie die paal nie.
