I got hold of some coosa board and made some plugs for all the bolts that will go trough the transom. This will help with water intrusion around the bolts into the coosa board.Well I hope it works saw it on some other boating forums.

Over size holes drilled into the plywood ,but not the outer fiber skin.I the epoxy glued the coosa plugs in there.the correct size hole will then be drilled into the coosa.Hopefully no water int my new transom.

Floors were fitted. The floors are honecomp sheets that has glass reinforced on both sides very lightweight and super strong. They wont rott. The center console is not yet fitted this is as far as I got for now. This is a lot of work but very rewarding.I think that if you have a propper hull that is worth a rebuild you could build youself a solid fishing plaform that will last a long time.I went for materials that and procedures that will give this boat a little extra protection against water intrusion and rott.I hope my efforts was worth it.Next I want to raise the gunnels about 250 mm they are a bit low for my liking.I have no idea how to do this but sure Mr google will put help me out.
