Howzit guys. Anybody use maxima .37 Marine green 15lbs for a mainline? I cant decide between the .032 and the 0.37. The 0.37 just seems so much more abrasion resistant? Any feedback?

Should be more than enough for carp fishing. Keep in mind that maxima under rates their line. So if they say 15lbs it will probably break closer to 20lbs.

I also think so. I am just concerned about the memory of the mainline .That shouldn't be a problem if I tie it to 1m of leadcore?

I'f been fishing maxima 0.32 since 2008. Never had any problems. Crazy abrasion resistance.

Maxima Marine Green is ace but for carp fishing I think you may have more memory in the line than what you would if you used say Double X Extreme Abrasion Camo 0.36mm 24lb or Browny Carp...
