Good evening fellows

I've got two Xplorer Edge 5/6 reels, how many meters of backing should i buy? I want to put sinking line on the one and floating line on the other one.

Thank you in advance and regards.

Have a look at this link: http://www.xplorerflyfishing.co.za/product/edge-fly-reels/

With sinking line you can normally get a few extra meters. Floating line can vary quite a bit depending on the brand that you are planning to get. Let me know if you have any further questions or if you want to head out on the water and go through some of the basics. My email is pieter@flyloops.net
