Hi Guys hope everyone is enjoy the wind season. I am very new to the group and would like to ask a quick question. has anyone fished at trout hunters recently and how is the fish population there. I am learning specimen and hear is a good spot to try different rig etc. Looking forward to your reply's.

Hi Floyd join a group like sacs/ Sa Carp Society they have some nice venues and members that is more than willing to help you look on Facebook for SACS or google SACS/sa carp society hope you enjoy your fishing

hi. trout hunters is more of a conventional carp angling venue. i doubt very much your gonna learn a lot from it specimen wise. the dams are small and shallow and heavily stocked with very small fish. rather join a club or target proper specimen dams near you. there are so many specimen angling threads regarding bait and venues here too that you shouldnt have a problem getting started.
