Hey guys,

Just a question on types of hair that can be used, not so much on the techniques.
I've been tying for a little while now and have gotten the hang of how to do this with store bought hair patches but being a student and liking the idea of saving money am curious what animals hair would work for this kind of tying as a substitute?

I've tried blesbok and rooibok but finding it pretty impossible, it could be that im using to thin thread etc. Anyone tried and have any ideas?

The only local alternative would be Klipsringer hair, it has similar properties to Deer and Elk hair
