Hi Krugel, Yes I am going to try my luck this year. My first time Kurper fishing at Loskop. Fished many times for Carp and red nose mud fish. Never Kurper. lets hope beginners luck pays off.

They were very hard to find this year, lots and lots of Redbreasts around.

My one boat mate lost a very nice one and my other boatmate landed one of 1.93Kg, which won the comp.

Very very few Blue Kurper were caught, although conditions were perfect. I think the problem was the sudden rise of the water levels.
