Hi there, these reels have been discontinued. I was lucky enough to find one about a month ago after looking for a very long time. I doubt there will be many more that would be for sale anytime soon. Good luck::tight:

Wow this totally bummed me out.

I was looking for a heavy reel to do some proper shark fishing.

How does the Talica 25 compare?

Any other suggestions?

Talica 25ii is a beast. Wouldn't trade mine for any other 2spd reel in the class

My line combo is 600m 75lb HMP and 200m 0.6.

I put the braid onto a sentor 6/0 and then tightened the drag and put the talica into low gear cracked open a few beers andand cranked.

Absolute beast of a reel
