can anyone recommend someone in the Pretoria JHB area that will be able to repair S Steel T TOP arms and do a modification on the Connection/support to the Steering Consul?

Do yourself a favor and get every thing done by a specialist and pay the market related price for that service! You will have zero problems from the start to the finish and you will sit with a product you can brag about, therefore I would ONLY recommend oom Chris's team at Nigel Boat and Caravan, nobody else. Get into contact with Lukie for general work and then oom Johan for your Stanless Steel.
