Hi guys just a heads up on the new fishing inspectors . I was at sandspit this morning when I was asked to show my fishing license. Thee were 2 guys in plain clothes that had a floresent jacket on that said kzn fish monitor on the back , they had the usual form to be signed and I was asked what fish I had caught . I saw no sign of them been armed and am not sure if they have arresting powers , they drove a white toyota van similar to the old guard. Anyway its good to see that there is still a presence on our beaches

Hopefully there are a lot of them. We need inspectors on all our beaches and fishing spots.
