hi you can connection bimini to bimini twist via catspaw or fg knot as many are doing these days. braid is always welcome as backing when chasing ineds.

Google, "easiest way to tie fg knot"..Look for the video posted by a guy in the States, start there and get it down..Make sure your wraps are TIGHT before proceding with half hitches and it will be stronger than your other terminal connections generally and you don't need stronger. PR knot also, stronger still but more of mission, if you have the time, just make a bobbin thing out of a piece of wire and tiny egg sinker to tie it. Can't describe how to do that, you'll have to look for a video, a mate is pro at it though and made me a bobbin in 2 secs. I only use maybe 5 knots or joins in total in all my fishing now, and some are a bit like rocket science (stitching/FG etc..), some are simple like the hillbilly knot but I trust them and have tested them on proper fish. I've lost enough good fish on k@k knots to know which to use to tie my sinker on with! The knots I learn't as a kid are a waste of time these days with the line used and fish targeted! They become easier with use and practice and it is well advised to learn a few good knots and learn to tie them very well, rather than learn every knot out there. Biminis in mono and braid (50+ turns in braid, then a catpaw. get a braid that has a breaking strain 15lbs or more than the mono. I prefer using fg and pr knots only when joining leaders. Backing knots feel safer with loop to loop connections.
