I just placed a small order with JA and I want to commend Linda and Roy for their absolutely awesome service. We've exchanged a bunch of e-mails, most of which was me changing my mind about which lures I wanted and picking their brains about colours, designs etc. and not only were they super patient, but they also respond in record time.
I order lots of gear online and good service is getting a response in 24 hours on a weekday. With Jigstar Africa response time is less than an hour....on a weekend!
Thanks a ton to Linda and Roy, I'd wholeheartedly recommend anyone to buy from them and I won't look elsewhere for specialist popping or jigging gear in future.
Considering how often you read about terrible service, this experience really stands out for me as very positive, so I thought it's worth sharing.
