Targeting pompano at durban blue lagoon with sealice. too much weed in the water. after 4hrs ..With No bites at all, I decided to packup and take the left over bait FRESH sealice home to make a chutney... been a while, so I was looking forward to it. YUM.

Preparation.... Place sealine in a container. Wash the sealice thoroughly(few times). Making sure theres no sand  left at the bottom.

remove head, shell, eggs... should look like pic below... make sure you rinse thoroughly again.

heat some oil in a pan, while you saute the cleaned sealice in masala and salt.

- Fry sealice and remove from pan. USE SAME OIL TO FRY ONION
- add 1 sliced onion fry until translucent
- add chillie(optional)
- add spices ( 1/4 teaspoon masala, dahnia powder)(optional)
- add 3 or 4 tomatoes
- add salt
- add fried sealice once chutney is almost cooked.
