Just a note.... this rod is built on the same blank as the Pentagon Shark Extreme medium and is apart from a Medium/League shark rod, one of the best Cracker rods out there.

Throw a big cracker bait and a 6-7oz sinker to wherever you need it.

Really good price for what you are getting

I think the thing putting potential buyers off here is that the rod says 35T. So its not a T53 blank even though Blue Marlins website says this.

As far as I know there were 2 variations of this rod made:

- the 35T (cheaper version) which it seems you have

- and the T53 version which costs alot more too.

Don't hold me to it - just what I've been told. Good luck with the sale though :)

Thanks for your input, I've sent an email to Blue Marlin asking for clarity, lets hope Enigma jumps in here with his expertise.

Got a response straight from the source, so someone's getting a really good deal, maybe I should push up the price ;)

THIS IS A T53 MAKO SHARK, THE MARKING ON YOUR ROD IS JUST THE OLD STYLE OF MARKINGS.

Kind regards
Rehetta

Check above each joint..., A T53 usually has a gold ribbon in the graphite
