Season is almost over.. 11 Days to go...
Any way of stopping poachers during closed season... Have tried to phone the number but guys were gone.
Any way of starting a group, almost like community watch but just for the beach?
Don't know what to do if i see them except to phone, but that's a bit late.

800g Cray in picture

Because I shot the daga legally. Catching crayfish during closed season is poaching.

Im going to ignore you now .... It seems like that I shot a "Super breeder" and now you pissed at me because you cant breed with it now.....
Its not like a shot twenty of them ( about average bugs these poachers pull out) and sell them.
Get over it dude.
F#CK A FISH
FYI the only reason why you cant sell your catch because the government cant tax it...
Anybody can grow a dagga plant and cut it down and sell it... But if you do that the government cant tax it... Its too hard .....

Hier gaan ons alweer!

You may have shot cob legally but then you sold it, which is ILLEGAL.
Speafishing crayfish is also illegal.

When I first read this thread I immediately remembered your "Awesome day at Treasure Beach" the thread that sparked this, and wondered how come you all of a sudden had such a change of hart. One day breaking the law the next day wanting to be a conservationist.

FYI the only reason why you cant sell your catch is because IT IS ILLEGAL. Irrespective of what you think or what you would want the law to be IT IS ILLEGAL.

Not good making derogatory comments to members of this forum-besides making out with a fish is not good we need to drink the water.

Go back to the original post"Awesome day at Treasure Beach" I sent you some information regarding the law when it comes to recreational fishing(which includes spearfishing). All you need to know is in there, if you still don't understand it I can send you contact details for KZN permit office and they can help you out.

It is not because you shot a legal size fish it is because you sold it that law abiding members here get up-set when braggers post things regarding our resources that is illegal-period.

You are the one who needs to get over it dude, not BigBen.

You guys prob make turns with the fish.
Ai Matthiam, you don't get it do you? You ever heard about sarcasm being the lowest form of wit?

Probably not the way you are carrying on.

I would suggest you delete yourself from the forum and find one where you could be better accommodated, as with your attitude you will not last long here, before being banned.

What are you trying to achieve? You want to now get congratulated or are you trying to get more people upset?

You are a real Super Hero, stand up type of guy, well done!
Thank you man. I just posted this picture of this cob showing that its a 55kg cob...Caught by that guy. This picture is one of the pictures in "Sealine's Gallary"
I liked it, and by the sound of it you get aroused by it.
